Paella & Tapas Competition

You and your team get a chance to make a spectacular Paella and a variety of tapas in our Paella and Tapas Competition. Win the competition using your vision, creativity, and of course plenty of teamwork. Each team will compete to create the best dishes in this activity. Each group is responsible to create one Paella and one shared tapa using a variety of ingredients provided for you. Your challenge is to turn those ingredients into a real masterpiece with the help of a professional chef.

Which team will be the champion of the 2025 Top Chef Paella and Tapas Competition?

There are many ways to make these Spanish delicacies and this is your chance to experiment with the creation of a true culinary masterpiece. Participants will have the assistance of a chef to answer any questions about how to make their dishes turn out perfectly. The chefs are not there to tell you how to do everything, they are here to help channel your creative vision into a winning recipe! Join us for a Paella and Tapas Competition.

The Paella & Tapas Menu

Whether you’re a seasoned cook or a total beginner, this hands-on experience is designed to inspire, engage, and most importantly — bring people together over a shared love of food.

Snacks & Drinks

Upon arrival participants have snacks of local cheese and cured sausages togehter with some special local crackers to enjoy with a selection of wine, beer, water and soft drinks.

Tapas

We choose the menu for our tapas activities based on seasonal ingredients and we vary the tapas prepared based on group size as well. We always can arrange a vegetarian option if needed to cater to any dietary requirements. In this activity we do one tapa and one paella per team.

Paella

Groups will make a variety of paellas based on the group size. They will be cooking Paella made with seafood, Meat and Vegetable (we never use pork in this one unless requested) and Vegetarian Paella. When we do large group activities we also can make fusion cuisine paellas with exotic ingredients.
